How To Make A Perfect
Matcha
Step-1
Warm up 60 ml of water to 80°C
A trick to reach this temperature is to boil the water first and let it cool for 3-5 minutes.
Step-2
Scoop 1 chashaku (~1 g) of Matchaka.
Use a chashaku or half a teaspoon to add one serving of Matchaka into a chawan.
Step-3
Whisk until a frothy layer appears on the surface.
You can also use an electronic whisk. If you do, we suggest using it exclusively for matcha and not for other recipes.
