Do I need a bamboo whisk?
No. A chasen works beautifully, but an electric frother is fast and beginner-friendly.

How do I make it?
Use 2g Matchaka with about 60ml water at roughly 80°C, then whisk or froth for 30–50 seconds. Add water, ice or milk.

How should I store it?
Keep it tightly sealed, cool and away from light. For best flavour, use within three months of opening.

How To Make A Perfect

Matcha

Step-1

Warm 60 ml of water to about 80°C.

Boil first, then let the water cool for a few minutes. Very hot water can overpower matcha's flavour.

Step-2

Add 2g of Matchaka.

That is about 1 level teaspoon. Adjust between 2–4g to taste.

Step-3

Whisk or froth for 30–50 seconds.

Stop when it looks smooth with a fine frothy layer. Use a bamboo chasen or an electric frother — both work.

    Rich high-quality matcha

    To reduce my coffee/caffeine intake, I gradually replaced my afternoon coffees and weekend coffees with matcha. I’m now on my third bag of this excellent matcha. My first purchase came with a frother; with it I whisk matcha, collagen powder and a splash of honey in some hot water, and pour it into frothed oat milk. What a treat!

    Llevo más de diez años tomando Matcha y encontrar la calidad justa para un consumo cotidiano no es tarea fácil.

    Matchaka ha sido justo ese hallazgo que estaba buscando: un Matcha con un verde fresco, aroma agradable y sin amargor, equilibrado y versátil. Lo disfruto tanto mezclado con yogur vegetal, como con mi proteína diaria o incluso en una bebida sencilla de Matcha. No es un Matcha ceremonial, pero su calidad es suficiente para degustarlo con gusto y, a la vez, aprovechar todas sus propiedades.

    Ese equilibrio entre calidad y precio lo convierte en un Matcha funcional, perfecto para un consumo diario.
