How To Make A Perfect
Matcha
Step-1
Warm up 50 ml of water to 70-80°C
A trick to do this is to boil the water first and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
Step-1
Scoop 1 chashaku (~1 g) of Matchaka.
Use a chashaku or half a teaspoon to add one serving of Matchaka into a chawan.
Step-1
Whisk until a frothy layer appears on the surface.
You can also use an electronic whisk. If you do, we suggest using it exclusively for matcha and not for other recipes.
