How To Make A Perfect
Matcha
Step-1
Warm 60 ml of water to about 80°C.
Boil first, then let the water cool for a few minutes. Very hot water can overpower matcha's flavour.
Step-2
Add 2g of Matchaka.
That is about 1 level teaspoon. Adjust between 2â4g to taste.
Step-3
Whisk or froth for 30â50 seconds.
Stop when it looks smooth with a fine frothy layer. Use a bamboo chasen or an electric frother â both work.
First harvest. Real origin. Zero ceremony required.
